MANUFACTURING

Since 1982 INTACE has worked in close cooperation with CIR, a company based in Northern France specializing in the production of chemicals for agricultural applications. CIR has developed a great expertise in the production of finely ground aqueous suspensions of organic chemicals and has installed modern, high capacity wet milling equipment, used in the production of INTACE fungicides. Thanks to this association with CIR, INTACE has the capacity to produce several tons of high quality fungicide formulations with a closely controlled particle size distribution designed for maximum effectiveness.

In partnership with another French company, INTACE opened a chemical blending facility, COPACINOR, at Landrécies in 1986. The majority of INTACE's biocides and dispersants are produced at this location. The Landrécies plant was completely modernized in 1991-92 with the installation of computer-controlled blending systems for all of the plant's manufacturing applications. The new facilities incorporate ample space for capacity to produce upwards of 3 times INTACE's current chemical output.
