CLEANING PRODUCTS
INTACE has a wide range of cleaning products to remove deposits and clean paper machine circuits and felts. We have acidic cleaners to remove inorganic scale deposits, alkaline cleaners to remove organic deposits, fibers and dirt, as well as neutral non-ionic surfactants to remove oily deposits and clean felts.

Method of application
add to boil-out water, if possible heat to 50-60°C and circulate 1-2 hours. For felt cleaning add directly to showers with a dosing pump at a level of 0.3 - 0.5% of the shower water
add to boil-out water prior to heating, if possible heat solution to 50-60°C with steam and circulate for 1-2 hours
add to boil-out water prior to heating, if possible heat solution to 50-60°C with steam and circulate for 1-2 hours
add directly to shower water with a dosing pump
Recommended dosage
3-5 kgs per cubic meter of water for boil-outs
3-5 kgs per cubic meter of water
